Return and Exchange Policy – Online Purchases:
- Returns or exchanges for online purchases must be made through the website only.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned order, subject to the applicable conditions.
- If you change your mind within 10 days of receiving your order, we are happy to assist you in exchanging the item for a suitable alternative, subject to the conditions below.
Return and Exchange Conditions – Website Purchases:
- Eyeglasses must be in perfect condition, free from misuse such as scratches.
- Contact lenses must remain sealed. If there is a manufacturing defect upon opening, a return or exchange will be approved.
- Exchanges must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
- Voucher purchases are non-refundable in cash.
- You may exchange one product for multiple products and pay the price difference if applicable.
- The customer is responsible for both the shipping and return costs to Alduliman Optics.
- The return/exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.
- Discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.
Once the returned product is received and meets all conditions:
- For Cash on Delivery: The amount will be credited to your account with us.
- For online payments (Visa / MasterCard / American Express): The refund will be issued to the same card used within 5 to 20 business days.
